Echo Sterling has confirmed the official release date for Unfiltered, her upcoming first full-length album.
Unfiltered will be released on Friday, August 7, 2026.

The announcement marks the next major step in the album rollout following the official cover reveal. With the date now locked, Unfiltered moves from early teaser mode into a more focused album campaign built around new videos, track reveals, physical editions, and expanded album-era content.
The album will feature 13 tracks on the digital edition, including 7 brand-new songs, 4 previously released tracks, and 2 alternate / remix versions. Physical editions are also planned for CD and vinyl, with both versions set to include a bonus track.
Alongside the release date announcement, Echo Sterling is also launching the first full album-era video from Unfiltered: “Own Your Freedom”.
The official visualizer introduces one of the album’s core themes — independence, choice, responsibility, and the weight that comes with taking control of your own path. Musically, “Own Your Freedom” leans into Echo’s modern alternative side, blending alt-rock, industrial-electro textures, pulsing synths, heavier guitars, and a confident, cinematic hook.
Rather than opening the album campaign with the loudest or most aggressive track, “Own Your Freedom” sets the tone with a clear message: freedom is not just escape. It is ownership.
Unfiltered continues Echo Sterling’s shift into a broader, more cinematic album-era identity. The project brings together alternative rock, hard rock, rap-rock, pop rock, alt-metal, electro, synthpop, industrial textures, and more, while keeping Echo’s direct, independent voice at the center.
